Rancho Santa Margarita, CA – 10 November 2010 -- ProgRock Records and QuiXote-Music are proud to announce their new strategic partnership where ProgRock Records will distribute QuiXote-Music new release from Poor Genetic Material "Island Noises", a double concept CD that is a creative reimagining of William Shakespeare's "The Tempest".
